Gauchesca is an Argentine Truco video game designed to serve as a foundation for teaching how to play Truco.
It is currently in the demo stage, but the goal is for it to evolve into a Visual Novel-style game that tells the story of Martina Chapanay, who is forced to take part in a Truco tournament organized by San La Muerte.
In this tournament, she will compete against other characters from Argentine mythology and literature, such as Martín Fierro, Gauchito Gil, El Pomberito, La Difunta Correa, The Virgin of Luján, among others.
Each participant will risk their life to achieve their own goal — because the winner will be granted a miracle.
